Nula AI is an AI-powered pro-active personal and business assistant application. The Service allows users to connect third-party platforms (including but not limited to WhatsApp, Google Email, Instagram, and TikTok Business) to consolidate, categorize, filter, and summarize incoming messages, notifications, and tasks into a unified smart dashboard or forwarded alerts.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you connect third-party business accounts (such as TikTok Business Account), you represent and warrant that you have the official authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Third-Party Integration and Data Access

Official APIs: Nula AI connects to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Graph API, TikTok Business API, Google API) using official OAuth 2.0 authorization protocols.

No Password Storage: Nula AI will never ask for, access, or store your official passwords for these third-party platforms.

Compliance with Third-Party Terms: By connecting any third-party channel to Nula AI, you agree to comply with the respective terms and policies of those platforms (such as the TikTok Terms of Service and Meta Terms of Service). We are not responsible for any suspension or action taken by third-party platforms on your accounts due to your business activities.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount to us. Our collection, use, and processing of your personal data and your customers' messaging data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Nula AI only processes messaging data and comments fetched via APIs to provide core features (smart filtering, task extraction, and AI summarization).

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or your customers' conversation logs to any third parties.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations (including data privacy laws like GDPR or Indonesian PDP Law).
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the integrity or performance of Nula AI's infrastructure.
  • Use Nula AI to send spam, unauthorized marketing materials, or fraudulent messages to your customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nula AI provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our AI algorithms are designed to highly accurately categorize and summarize your messages, we do not guarantee that the AI will be 100% error-free or free from contextual misinterpretations.

Nula AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business reputation, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Nula AI after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Nula AI at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unauthorized or illegal activity.
